Information for COST members

The three COST Action Insect-IMP Training Schools will be held on the Thursday afternoon and will be open to all participants and free of charge.

Conference attendees who are members of Insect-IMP COST action, register for one of the Training Schools (both through EAAP and through COST) and attend/sign the attendance list will be eligible for reimbursement of their travel expenses (e.g. plane or train tickets) and some daily allowance for living expenses for a total of around 2 days, depending on their travel dates.

This reimbursement will be paid out by the COST Action Insect-IMP, which will also provide a limited number of conference grants covering the registration fee for those who are presenting.

Details on grants will follow after commencement of the COST grant period, expected mid-November.

Attendees of the conference who do not attend one of the Training Schools will not qualify for reimbursement, but may still be eligible for a conference grant.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing by 13 December 2024 are entitled to 50% refund, less administrative fees.

Cancellations received after 13 December 2024 – no refund shall be due.

All refunds will be made within one (1) month after the end of the event.

Refunds will not be processed in the event that a Visa Application has been refused by an Embassy/Consulate Office.
